The Basket Filter System is a highly effective separation Filtration System designed specifically for applications containing a considerable amount of suspended solid load. During operation, process fluid is channeled into the main housing and passed through a reusable filter element. Subsequently, large solid contaminants are securely captured within the basket mesh, while the purified fluid flows out of the Filtration System smoothly. Filtration Rating: Coarse to fine filtration is successfully achieved ranging from 6000 microns down to 5 microns depending upon the element selection.
Material of Construction: Housings are engineered using Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, and IS 2062. Stainless steel options include SS 304, SS 316, SS 316 L, and Duplex SS 2205. Specialized protective layers are available through Rubber Lining, PTFE Coating, and Fiber Reinforced Polymer.
