The Liquid Cartridge Filter System is a separation unit engineered to remove suspended solids from process fluids. At RKay Filtratech, we proudly manufacture, supply, and export these filtration systems to industrial clients globally. During operation, application fluid enters the housing and is forced through a porous media. Consequently, solid particles are trapped on the element surface, while clean filtrate passes through the system. Furthermore, this filtration cycle is driven by a pressurized mechanism that ensures reliable contaminant removal.

Filtration Rating: Fine filtration capability is provided for requirements less than or equal to 25 microns to 0.2 Micron.
System Capacity: Systems are designed to hold from a single unit up to 200 individual filter cartridges.
Cartridge Dimensions: Outer diameters include 52 mm, 2.5 inch, 4 inch, 4.5 inch, and 6 inch sizes. Lengths are available in 5 inch, 10 inch, 20 inch, 30 inch, 40 inch, and 60 inch options.
Material of Construction: Housings are constructed from Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, and IS 2062. Stainless steel options include SS 304, SS 316, SS 316 L, and Duplex SS 2205. Additional protective materials include Rubber Lining, PTFE Coating, Fiber Reinforced Polymer, UPVC, and Polypropylene.
End Connections: Connections are offered as Flanged ANSI / ASME B 16.5, Threaded BSP, Threaded NPT, Tri Clover Clamp, and Union Connection.
Fitment Types: Cartridges are fitted using Double Open End, Single Open End, Two O Ring with Adapter, and Push Fit designs. Design Standards: Equipment is engineered according to ASME Design Code, Good Engineering Practice, and CE Certification standards.
