Coalescing Filter and Separation Filter elements are implemented jointly to isolate water droplets from oil streams. At RKay Filtratech, we proudly manufacture, supply, and export these dual purpose filter elements globally. The emulsified fluid is channeled directly through the coalescing media layer. Subsequently, tiny water droplets merge into larger drops and fall away, while the separation filter stops solids and allows dry oil to exit the cartridge. This precise separation process relies on constant pressure to break strong fluid emulsions.
